What you get

• CSV with full street addresses, city, ZIP, lat/lng, storm date, hail size, lead score, and days since storm.
• Counts shown above are the counts in the database at render time — we do not publish a stale export.
• Phone numbers are not included at these tiers; a skip-trace add-on comes later.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fresh are the lists?

Every list row above shows the materialized view's actual last-refresh time. The view is refreshed nightly, and the CSV you receive is generated at purchase time from that view — not pulled from a cached export.

Why does a county say "no active storm"?

The catalog only sells windows with a qualifying storm in the last 30 days — the hot window where homeowners are actively filing claims. Counties outside that window offer an alert list instead: we email you the moment a fresh storm puts leads on the board.

Are these addresses verified?

Each lead is a parcel from county CAD situs data inside a verified SPC hail report swath, cross-checked against permit records so already-re-roofed homes are excluded. We check the permit record, we do not estimate roof age.
